SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
DELIVERY COVERAGE & SCHEDULE
We provide delivery services across Malaysia, including Peninsular and East Malaysia. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday, excluding the second-to-last Saturday of each month, Sundays, and Malaysian public holidays.
DELIVERY METHODS
Klang Valley: Direct delivery via our courier team
Outside Klang Valley: Delivery through our authorized courier partners
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Klang Valley deliveries: RM200 minimum order value
Peninsular Malaysia (outside Klang Valley): RM300 minimum order value
Cold chain/vaccine orders (outside Klang Valley within Peninsular Malaysia): RM400 minimum order value
East Malaysia: RM1,000 minimum order value
Orders below minimum values cannot be processed.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Following payment confirmation:
Peninsular Malaysia: 2-5 working days
East Malaysia: 3-10 working days
Order processing: All orders processed within 1-3 working days before dispatch
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination. Final delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
DELIVERY ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS
Ensure delivery address accuracy before payment completion
Address modifications are NOT permitted after payment processing
For locations with delivery restrictions, our customer service team will arrange alternative delivery points
CUSTOMER PROTECTION & DISPUTES
Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by customers are non-refundable
In cases of courier delays beyond stated timeframes, customers may request delivery status updates
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Refund and return policies are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy
FORCE MAJEURE
Delivery timeframes may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or courier service disruptions.
