The Pfizer-BioTech vaccine COVID-19 help our bodies develop immunity to the virus without getting the illness. It usually takes a few weeks for the body to produce T-lymphocytes and B-lymphocytes after vaccination.

As reported by the BBC, this specific vaccine requires two doses. Immunity starts to build in 12 days after the first jab. After 21 days, a second dose is required to allow the body to develop full immunity by day 28.
